1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and 555j ("we", "us", "the platform"). They govern your access to and use of the 555j website, mobile application and all associated services.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the 555j platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms without reservation. These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

We recommend saving or printing a copy of these Terms for your own reference. If you are accessing 555j on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms — though please note that each person must register their own individual account.

2 Eligibility

To register and use 555j, you must meet all of the following conditions:

3 Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold one account only on 555j. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, email address and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

Your account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. You must:

• Choose a strong password and not share it with anyone.
• Log out of your account when using shared devices.
• Notify 555j support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

555j will never contact you to ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. Any communication claiming to be from 555j that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us.

Account ownership is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or allow another person to use your 555j account.

4 Deposits and Payments

All transactions on 555j are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We currently support the following deposit methods:

• JazzCash
• Easypaisa
• Raast
• Bank Transfer
• Debit and credit cards
• Other supported mobile wallets

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Wallet section of your account and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your account within a few minutes. In cases where a deposit is delayed, please contact support with your transaction reference before attempting to deposit again.

You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits made using third-party payment methods are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the original source.

555j does not charge fees on deposits from our side. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank for their applicable fees before depositing.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. Supported withdrawal channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Bank Transfer.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you may be required to complete identity verification. This typically involves providing a copy of your CNIC and a selfie. This is a standard process to protect your account and prevent unauthorised withdrawals.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Your account must be fully verified before withdrawals are approved.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold displayed in your Wallet section.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Most withdrawal requests are processed within the same business day. During peak periods or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 48 hours. 555j does not charge withdrawal fees from our side, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

If a withdrawal is declined for any reason, the funds are returned to your 555j balance and you will be notified with the reason. Common reasons include incomplete verification, unmet wagering requirements or a mismatch between account and payment details.

6 Betting Rules

555j offers Sports Betting across a range of markets including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports and other sports. The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event or competition. In cases of dispute, the decision of 555j's trading team is final.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• If an event is postponed, cancelled or abandoned before the required number of overs or time has been completed, bets may be voided and stakes returned — this depends on the specific market rules shown for that event.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live odds availability. 555j reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, particularly during delays, reviews or stoppages in play.
• In the case of obvious pricing errors or technical faults, 555j reserves the right to void affected bets. Users who have benefited from a known pricing error before it is corrected may have winnings adjusted or voided.

7 Casino and Slots

The Casino and Slots sections of 555j are governed by the same account rules as Sports Betting. The following additional conditions apply:

• All Casino and Slots games use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer feeds from established game providers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game providers and are displayed within each game's information panel.
• Game results are determined at the point of play and cannot be influenced by the platform or the user after a spin or hand is initiated.
• If a game round is interrupted due to a technical fault — such as a connection drop or server issue — the round will be settled based on the last confirmed game state recorded by the server. Incomplete rounds will be voided and stakes returned where the outcome cannot be determined.
• Progressive jackpot amounts are updated in real time and are subject to change. The displayed jackpot amount at the start of a spin is the amount eligible to be won on that spin.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated on the promotion page.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 555j. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting others in creating duplicate accounts.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing or placing bets based on insider knowledge of a fixed sporting event.
• Collusion with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any form of financial fraud.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches or pricing mistakes in bad faith.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion arrangement.

If we identify suspicious betting patterns — including but not limited to guaranteed-profit strategies exploiting bonus terms, or coordinated activity across multiple accounts — we reserve the right to investigate, suspend the account and withhold funds pending the outcome of the review.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

555j may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity.
• At your own request — you may close your account at any time by contacting support.
• Extended inactivity — accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be flagged as dormant.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, your remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be held securely. If the investigation concludes in your favour, your balance will be released. If the suspension results in permanent closure due to a Terms breach, we reserve the right to withhold balances to the extent permitted.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily — for any reason including responsible gaming — you can do so through your account settings or by contacting the support team. Voluntary closures are processed promptly and any remaining real-money balance will be returned via your registered withdrawal method.

11 Privacy and Data

• Loss or corruption of data caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, cyberattacks or telecommunications failures.

14 Changes to These Terms
